• 8 Week Veterinary inspection from Nappanee Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Mattern, DVM. Comes with a 3 Ring Binder full of pertainent information about your new family member and first Heartworm Pill.

• Coupon for First bag of Puppy Food
• $5 Discount coupon for Nappanee Veterinary Hospital for subsequent Vaccinations or option to do further vaccinations through Cota Kennel for $30 each.

Each Puppy that is Shipped Out from Cota Kennel, will be shipped from South Bend, IN Regional Airport.  Shipping will cost $300.  All Shipping must be paid in advance.  I will not ship puppies under 8 weeks old, and I will not ship in excessively hot or cold weather... sorry for inconvenience that this may cause... however, it is for the health and welfare of my little fur babies... Thank you!  All shipping comes with the following:
